Living Will

A living will is not really a will.  It is just the disclosure of the person’s wishes pertaining to life support.  The document is very narrow in scope, typically only applicable to terminally ill individuals.  The Medical Power of Attorney typically picks up where the Living Will leaves off.  It is a good idea to have a Living Will because it provides documentation of your wishes and the Medical Power of Attorney can act accordingly.
